What would we do without our girlfriends? Don't forget to show them some love this Valentine's Day. Our super simple, super effective coconut lip scrub is the perfect way to show you care. Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon until completely blended. 2. Transfer to a lip gloss container (available at most craft stores). We reused an empty lip gloss container we had on hand. Besides hydrating and smoothing lips, this yummy scrub also smells delicious. (Just try to restrain yourself from sampling on your sugary smackers.)

I can't imagine how a wind burnt lip might feel without any remedy. Maybe this lip scrub would turn out to be the next best thing. It can get rid of unwanted dead cells that tend to tear off and cause more pain. Make sure you are always hydrated in this time of the year. A lot of these can be avoided with proper hydration. We also need to keep our self warm and we should stay away from direct cold air. It's what has been causing the skin on our face and lips to break out. I haven't experienced any of this lately and I also do not wish it for anyone else.
